We’ve teamed up with Harvest Newrybar to offer a rejuvenating retreat to enhance your overall wellbeing and expand your consciousness. Through the integration of mind and body combined with the nourishments of a natural setting in Byron Bay, our Autumn Retreat is an immersive experience.
Join us for 4 days and 3 nights of yoga, meditation, self development workshops, healing experiences, and conscious living talks with experienced professionals.
YOGA AND MEDITATION
Our retreat will offer daily yoga and meditation to support your holistic experience, deepen your yoga practice, and strengthen your connection within.
Morning flow will be mindfully sequenced and themed to build on one another and to complement our workshops. A yin yoga or restorative meditation session will be offered each evening, allowing you to ease your body into deep relaxation and experience more clarity of mind.
Classes are suitable for all levels and will include guided meditation and breathing techniques. Modifications to postures will be offered with a focus on self-awareness and ease of movement.
OUR STAY
To facilitate your experience, we've chosen a private treetop hideaway with a jungle feel minutes from the breathtaking Byron Bay beaches. Our nature inspired accommodation is a peaceful retreat space surrounded by lush trees with a private pool, jacuzzi and plenty of outdoor space.
Styled for nurturing luxury with a tranquil feel that invites mindful living and relaxation. The property allows for a nature-inspired boutique style retreat.
NOURISHING CUISINE
All meals will be catered for you during our stay. We've curated a nourishing menu with Harvest Newrybar to offer you a special food selection each day including two 3-course fine dining experiences.
Nutritious meals will be made using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create a variety of healthy dishes including vegetarian and vegan options. Daily meals revolve around creating a social dining experience, bringing everyone together to share, connect and savour the experience.

Erin Tetarenko
Erin’s enthusiasm for life is ignited when surrounded by nature, connecting with inspiring people, and growing through exploration. As a Coach and Yoga Teacher, she loves helping people strengthen their connection with self and develop transformative practices that empower the way they live and lead.
Erin draws on 15 years’ experience facilitating positive change for clients in their health and wellness. Her background and educational accomplishments bring together yoga, exercise and health science (BSc), psychology (MSc Coaching Psychology), and mindfulness training. She has been teaching yoga since 2010.
She has lived in Byron Bay for 7 years and regularly facilitates retreats, leadership courses, and Yoga Teacher Trainings. She has also facilitated in the USA, Canada, Asia and Central America.
JEssica Koomen
Jess is intuitive and empathetic, living everyday from the heart. With a Masters in Sustainable Design she is a passionate advocate for the planet and lives a prodomeity plastic free and sustainable lifestyle. With 15 years of practice, yoga and meditation has profoundly impacted Jess’ life for the better, using yoga as a way of finding more balance and peace in her life. She completed her 200 hr YTT yoga teacher training in the UK with Sam Rao just before moving to Australia in 2017 and is now in the process of training with Sian Pascale on The TLC Method Training.
There is nothing Jess would rather do than share her love for yoga and conscious living others. She does this through The Yoga Social retreats and events, where she gently holds space with an open heart and kindness.
