Welcome, I’m Erin.
I hold a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with over 15 years of experience teaching mind-body practices. My work integrates a holistic understanding of movement science, psychology, and facilitation to support healing, growth and embodied awareness.
Grounded in theory and experience, I facilitate personalised coaching, personal development courses, and yoga + meditation trainings. I also lead wellness retreats using principles and techniques from scientifically validated approaches. These include mindfulness-based Acceptance Commitment Training (ACT), Co-Active Coaching, Positive Psychology, Somatic Therapy, and Leadership Development.
Most importantly, I’m a human just like you and have wholeheartedly benefitted from the guidance, teachings, and practices that I offer.
A Story of Mind-Body Integration
As long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in the human body and human potential. This lead me to play competitive sports while studying health and exercise science and psychology in university.
At the time, I was curious about both the mind and body and had observed how psychology could impact healing, yet I lacked both the educational resources and a career pathway to explore how they truly integrate. In 2008, my path took a transformative turn when I experienced an autoimmune disease ‘me against me’ - a consequence of a busy mind, emotional disconnection, and sustained stress in the body. During my healing process, I discovered some of the best educators in the mind-body integration field, including the teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté and Dr. Dan Siegel. Mindfulness tools and mind-body techniques helped me develop self-awareness and make behavioural shifts towards holistic health, vitality, and fulfilment.
Supporting people as they grow in embodied self-awareness and cultivate a greater sense of agency in their lives is one of my greatest joys. I’ve witnessed how living with intention and authenticity not only transforms personal fulfilment but also enriches the lives of those around us. Most importantly, I’m a human just like you, deeply grateful for the teachings and practices that have shaped my path and continue to inspire my work.
