Emerge is an interactive self-leadership experience for wholehearted humans who are on their path to more purposeful living but desire deeper guidance to surface blindspots and realise their potential.
Emerge consists of two 6-week courses: Mindful Integration and Authentic Visioning. Each course compliments the other and can be completed individually or in any order, depending on your needs and desired areas of focus.

In this 6-week live online course, we'll explore your personal vision of success and guide you to connect more deeply with authentic sources of inspiration. Through introspection and guided exercises, you’ll craft Future Self Manifestos—a holistic representation of authentic success across six essential life areas. This transformative journey will help you align with your core values, clarify your sense of purpose, and cultivate mindfulness in daily living.
The course begins on Wednesdays, 4th September, with a 1.5-hour live session each week for six weeks. Live interactive online sessions are held on Wednesdays from 5:15pm to 6:45pm Sydney time zone (AEST).
Course participants will receive an online copy of the ‘Emerge: Authentic Visioning’ Workbook with content, self-reflection questions, and exercises to complement the course.
An exploration of your personal values. Clarify and define your core values to help guide ongoing action as you create an authentic and fulfilling life.
Embark on an honest exploration of what success truly means to you, delving into factors that nourish your sense of balance, sustain your vitality, and identify what depletes you. Additionally, we will examine six foundational life categories through both a present and future lens.
An exploration of what gives your life a sense of meaning and purpose. A purpose statement guides you to realise your potential and make the contribution that only you can make.
An exploration of what really matters in the big picture and an opportunity to envision how you'd like the next phase of your life to look across six foundational life categories.
Clarify the difference between alignment and attachment. Learn tools to help you live in alignment with what really matters.
Wrap up your Future Self manifesto and develop practices to help guide you on your life path.
The content we explore throughout the course is grounded in the concept of learning by doing and focuses on helping you embody the shared knowledge. We will delve into approaches from coaching psychology, leadership, and ancient contemplative traditions' philosophy. Beyond the content, each live session is an opportunity to reveal and nourish the most authentic aspects of yourself and connect with an incredible community.

Yes, there is a small amount of pre-work for the course that includes completing 1 of 2 self-inquiry tasks and reflection questions (approx. 1 hr).
In each session, you will receive exercises and tasks that complement the content. These include reflective questions, feedback requests, information gathering, and writing exercises. Some will be completed during the session, while others are intended for completion between sessions on your own.
A pre-recording of the content shared in each session will be available. However, live recordings of the interactive sessions won't be stored to maintain a confidential space.
Each course has a maximum of 16 participants.
The full Emerge Course will be offered twice in 2024. The next course will begin 21 August.

In this 6-week live online course, we explore theory and practical skills for fostering inner resourcefulness, living with more presence, and making choice-based actions aligned with your values and aspirations. This self-exploration process brings together mind-body connection with mindfulness practices to assist you in creating inner congruency for authentic living.

In this section, we explore the mind-body connection by drawing on the insights of Polyvagal Theory and breath training. You’ll explore the language of the body and its continuous communication, deepening your connection with the feelings and sensations happening within. With a specific focus on the breath as a powerful bridge linking body and mind, you’ll learn the foundational principles of optimal diaphragmatic breathing and discover how quality breathing can support presence in your physical body.
In this session, we explore the mind and develop the skills to step back from your thoughts rather than getting tangled up in them. You'll gain insights into your brain's workings, practise mindfulness-based and relaxation techniques, and discover a stable self amidst the ebb and flow of thoughts.
