Experience an explorative and rejuvenating week on the beautiful, palm tree covered island of Siargao in the Philippines. Through the integration of mind and body practices and education combined with the nourishments of an eco-conscious beachside setting, we’ve created an immersive retreat to broaden your capacity for wellbeing and connection.
Join us for 7 days and 7 nights of daily yoga practice, meditation, self-exploration, nourishing meals, and plenty of opportunities to explore the local landscape and culture while staying on this island paradise.
Yoga and Meditation
Our retreat will offer daily yoga asana and meditation to support your holistic experience, deepen your yoga practice, and strengthen your connection within.
Morning flow will be mindfully sequenced and themed to build on one another and to complement our workshops. A restorative and meditative yoga session will be offered each evening, allowing you to ease your body into deep relaxation and experience more focus and clarity of mind.
Classes are suitable for all levels and will include guided meditation, breathing training and breathing techniques that balance and vitalise. Modifications to postures will be offered with a focus on inclusion, self-awareness, and ease of movement.
Our Stay
"The places we dwell have an impact on how we feel and how we spend our days."
- Soultribe Beach Retreat
To facilitate your experience, we've chosen oceanside accommodation on a breathtaking stretch of white sand beach. Soultribe Beach Retreat is an eco-conscious retreat located on a tropical island with a jungle feel and private pool on site.
Siargao island is most commonly known as a surf destination given it's amazing waves, but it is also so much more. It is abundant with natural beauty and rich culture.
Nourishing Cuisine
We will provide two meals per day during the retreat. We've curated a nourishing menu with Soultribe Retreat co-owner and chef to offer you a special food selection each day. Our nutritious food is made from scratch using fresh ingredients to create a variety of healthy dishes including vegetarian and vegan options. Ingredients are sourced from organic farms around the island and from the local fishermen and women. “Erin and Christie created a beautiful space filled with their passion for yoga and healing, surfing, and travel. I have met like-minded humans and had an opportunity to be myself, connect, and be accepted. The days were filled with fun and purposeful practices, studies and conversations, lots of fun activities, and delicious food. The time lost its meaning and it was an absolute blast to be part of this adventure. Thank you, you are an amazing team!”
